Good news! It's pretty simple:
- CONSULTATION Contact us for a free initial consultation. We will ask you questions about your child and provide information on the services we offer. You can then ask us any questions you may have so that we can work together to find out whether Everfree TLC would be a good fit for your child.
- REGISTRATION If you decide you would like to register your child with us, we will have you complete our New Student Intake Form online and complete the registration for the intake assessment. An email will be sent from our payment processor to collect payment online.
- ASSESSMENT Once you have registered online, we will book your child for an informal intake assessment. This will take approximately 1 hour (depending on the child).
- PROPOSAL From this diagnostic assessment, we will have a clear picture of where your child is in several areas and put together a report detailing what we found and provide information on how we can best tailor our lessons to meet the needs of your child. This will include the number of lessons your child will need each week and if there are any supplemental materials that are required for purchase. We will then agree on a schedule and provide a link to a permanent page online containing a parent guide with all the resources needed including a zoom link and any links to the tools that will be used. Payments for lessons will be done online.
- LESSONS All lessons going forward with your child will be using the Orton-Gillingham approach and individualized so that we take into account both their academic and emotional needs and interests.
- REPORTING Progress reports will be sent at the end of each term so that you are kept informed on how well your child is progressing throughout the year. We follow the academic school calendar with Term 1 (Sept - Dec), Term 2 (Jan - Mar), and Term 3 (Apr - Jun).
Please reach out to us. We would be more than happy to speak to you about you and your child's needs and how our therapeutic multi-sensory methods can support your childs reading, spelling and math learning.
